Your first message only needs to include: Your name; Whether the enquiry is for you or someone else; The type of support you are seeking; Whether you prefer an in-person or online consultation; Your general availability.

Please do not include detailed or highly sensitive medical information in your initial message.

Enquiries are normally answered Monday to Friday, within two working days. In-person consultations take place in Paris by appointment.
